Not sure where to start! Your services were excellent and were an absolute life saver for us. What we liked about your services follows: 1. Called in advance 20 before came. Initially given 2 hour window and on time! 2. Estimate very reasonable 3. Able to get appointment fairly easily 4. Jared and Jesse were very professional and courteous 5. Items transferred efficiently and treated with care 6. Cleaned any debris left afterwards. Unique service in that they will pick up items anywhere in house & if appropriate get tax receipt. We will no doubt use your services again and will recommend you to our family and friends! Thank you

They were efficient, timely & responsive to the request to set up a time for pick up. Greatly appreciated their ability to clean out items we were no longer using, possibly donate of the items. Both gentlemen were very friendly. I would recommend them to anyone needing extra muscle to help remove items sitting there because you lack motivation or muscle to move them yourself.

The guys that came out were fantastic! They were courteous, timely, and professional. If we ever needed more services in the future, I would certainly request them. We initially called another local junk haul away company for a quote. They were rude and in checking if shelving was attached to the wall, they repeatedly pulled until it came off. They tore things down and refused to haul away bulky items or items from some back sheds because they looked difficult and in some instances, they just didnt feel like it. They left our basement in a worse state than when they arrived. They then left and the following day quoted me $800 to haul away 2 rolls of carpet that were already rolled and one shelf which they had already ripped off the walls. It was incredibly frustrating and left me with hesitant to call any other junk haul companies. While at Lowes I had see. One of your trucks and decided to call. I was honestly delighted that the two gentlemen that showed up were so helpful. They didnt complain at all and their conversation was as good as their service. I could rave about them endlessly. I also have photos before any haul away, after the first disastrous quote, and after the guys finished.

The team was prompt and worked very hard. I especially appreciated that you put aside photographs and albums I missed when going through the house myself. This was a big job (2200 sq ft house with 45 years worth of stuff!) it was very reasonably priced! Jerry and the crew were so friendly and knowledgeable about environmentally safe disposal. I also love that a lot of the things are donated to habitat for humanity and goodwill. You were a huge help to me and my family at a stressful time. I cant recommend you enough!!
